Yu Huang is a mage God has good basic attack, good poke, long range abilities and low mana cost. So, I suggest you should use Yu Huang mid.

Items Build 


Conduit Gem -> Archmage’s Gem


Passive – Every 1s you gain a stack of demise, causing your next damaging ability that hits an enemy god deals an additional 1% of your magical power in damage and remove all stacks. this effect stacks up to 20 times.

Magic Focus -> Enchanted Spear -> Spear of the Magus


Passive – Whenever you damage an enemy god with an ability you mark them to take 7.5% increased damage from all sources. This effect lasts for 7s and can only occur once every 15s.

+15 magical penetration

Lost Artifact -> Restored Artifact -> Chronos’ Pendant


Passive – Every 10s the pendant activates, subtracting 1s from all of your abilities currently on cooldown. The initial countdown will not start until you leave the fountain.

Tiny Trinket -> Enchanted Trinket -> Soul Gem


Passive – On successful hit of an ability you gain 1 stack. At 3 stacks your next ability that damages an enemy god will deal bonus damage equal to 25% of your magical power to each god hit, and will heal yourself and allies within 20 units for 30% of your magical power and will consume the 3 stacks.

Gem Of Fate -> Apprentice Staff -> Staff of Myrddin


Passive – When your ultimate ability has finished casting you gain myrddin’s rage which provides 20% increased damage dealt decaying over 8s. at the end of the 8s you lose myrddin’s rage. This can only occur once every 45s.

+10% cooldown reduction

Magic Focus -> Spell Focus -> Obsidian Shard


Passive – Your first ability cast gains 10% magical penetration. This can only occur once every 10 seconds.

But even his great powers could not contend with the sheer number of fell beings who haunted the earth. Heartsick and weary, he retreated to a mountain cave, where he spent the next several millennia cultivating his Dao.But during this period there arose a great king among the demons who tormented the world. This demon king wished to rule over the heavens and the earth, and made war upon the gods. The gods resisted and the demon king went into seclusion to expand its power through dark sorceries and twisted rites. After several millennia it returned at the head of an army of all the foulest things in creation, and resumed its conquest of existence, leading its army into the heavens to do battle with the gods themselves. But it did not do so unopposed – for the Jade Emperor had returned as well.Even as the gods fell to the might of the demon king, Yu Huang ascended to the heavens and challenged the creature. Their duel shook the very pillars of heaven and the world itself nearly perished in the ensuing conflagration. In the end, the demon king was defeated – not by the might of Yu Huang, but rather by his benevolence and wisdom. The creature fell from the heavens, and only the gods know where it now rests.In the aftermath, mortal and god alike acclaimed their savior the sovereign of sovereigns, and ruler of all creation. The Jade Emperor had ascended to his throne.
