Tiamat is a mage God has high damage, good crowd control, a lot of healing and excellent escape potential. So, I suggest you should use Tiamat mid, solo.

Items Build 


Conduit Gem -> Gem of Focus


Passive – Every time you cast an ability that costs mana you gain a stack of focus for 10s, providing 3% movement speed, 3% damage increase, and 2% damage taken reduction, stacking up to 3 times.

Uncommon Staff -> Sorcerer’s Staff -> Warlock’s Staff


Passive – You permanently gain +1 health and +0.8 magical power per stack, and receive 5 stacks for a god kill and 1 stack per minion kill. At 75 stacks this item evolves, gaining 10% magical penetration.

Lost Artifact -> Restored Artifact -> Charon’s Coin


Passive – on god kill or assist a coin is flipped. if heads, you gain a stack of 7 hp5. if tails, you gain a stack of 2% movement speed. each effect can stack up to 4 times and at 8 stacks this item evolves. you also gain 1 gold every time the coin is flipped.

Tiny Trinket -> Enchanted Trinket -> Soul Gem


Passive – on successful hit of an ability you gain 1 stack. at 3 stacks your next ability that damages an enemy god will deal bonus damage equal to 25% of your magical power to each god hit, and will heal yourself and allies within 20 units for 30% of your magical power and will consume the 3 stacks.

Magic Focus -> Enchanted Spear -> Spear of Desolation


Passive – If you receive a kill or assist on an enemy god all of your non-ultimate cooldowns are reduced by 2 seconds and your ultimate cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds.

Uncommon Staff -> Fortified Scepter -> Ethereal Staff


Passive – Whenever you damage an enemy god with an ability you steal 8% maximum mana as well as 6% maximum health from the target. The stats remain stolen for 45s and targets affected can have multiple buffs and debuffs at once. This can only occur once every 15 seconds.

Tiamat is the first. The begetter of all life. The mother of creation. When the heavens did not yet exist, nor the earth below, she was there. For aeons, she coiled silent and sleeping in the cosmic abyss, until she met Apsu, the god of fresh waters. Together, they drew up the primeval waters of creation, and from those waters came all things.Her eldest children gave shape to the Heavens and the Earth, and created the younger deities. But these younger gods were treacherous creatures – duplicitous and cunning. They trapped Apsu in his temple, angering Tiamat. She fashioned monstrous children to punish the traitorous gods. Harried from their palaces by Tiamat’s armies, they were forced to seek the protection of Marduk, mightiest of the young gods.Marduk forced the other gods to acknowledge him as their king, and then went to war with Tiamat. After a great battle that rocked the heavens, Marduk managed to defeat Tiamat and cast her back into the cosmic abyss from which she had been born. Locked out of the world she had given birth to, Tiamat returned to her slumber, deaf to the cries of her children as Marduk and the other gods hunted them almost to extinction.But now the wheel of creation has turned once more, and the primeval waters recede. Tiamat has surfaced from her enforced sleep and risen from the abyss to find the world – her world – much changed. Worse, it is infested with lesser gods. Not those she knew, perhaps, but the same even so. Like all lesser gods, they claim ownership over the Heavens and the Earth – of that which does not belong to them. They believe themselves to be all powerful.But Tiamat will show them what true power really is.
