Anubis is a mage God strong early game with survivability through lifesteal. He has good against tanks with destructive ultimate and fast cooldown. So, I suggest you should use Anubis mage (damage/tank) build.

Items Build 


Vampiric Shroud -> Sacrificial Shroud


Passive – Your abilities deal 15% more damage, but cost 5% of your maximum health. if the cost would kill you, you instead don’t pay the cost.

Magic Focus -> Enchanted Spear -> Spear of the Magus


Passive – Whenever you damage an enemy god with an ability you mark them to take 7.5% increased damage from all sources. This effect lasts for 7s and can only occur once every 15s.

+12% magical lifesteal

+15 magical penetration

Tiny Trinket -> Talon Trinket -> Bancroft’s Talon


Passive – You gain additional magical power and lifesteal scaled from missing health. This caps at 100 power and 20% lifesteal at 25% health.

Gem Of Fate -> Apprentice Staff -> Staff of Myrddin


Passive – When your ultimate ability has finished casting you gain myrddin’s rage which provides 20% increased damage dealt decaying over 8s. At the end of the 8s you lose myrddin’s rage. this can only occur once every 45s.

Magic Focus -> Enchanted Spear -> Spear of Desolation


Passive – If you receive a kill or assist on an enemy god all of your non-ultimate cooldowns are reduced by 2 seconds and your ultimate cooldown is reduced by 6 seconds.

Passive – Basic attacks and abilities gain 25% additional magical power against targets below 50% health.

Passive – You permanently gain +1 health and +0.8 magical power per stack, and receive 5 stacks for a god kill and 1 stack per minion kill. At 75 stacks this item evolves, gaining 10% magical penetration.

Passive – Protects you from a single hard crowd control effect once every 70 seconds. when this occurs, you gain 1s of crowd control immunity.

Passive – When you take damage and are below 40% health, you gain a shield with health equal to 12% of your maximum health for 20s. can only occur once every 60s.

Jackal-headed Anubis holds the ultimate judgment over the dead, measuring every heart against the weight of Truth.Nephthys, wife of Set - the God of Darkness, desired a child, yet her husband was infertile, so Nephthys disguised herself as Eset, the wife of Set’s brother Osiris, and seduced him. From that union, Anubis was born. Osiris cared for Anubis as his own, but when Osiris was murdered by his evil brother, Set, Anubis embalmed his adopted father and mummified the corpse so he would not rot. This preservation passed down to the Faithful, for if it was good enough for the Gods, it was good enough for man.None enter the abyss of the Underworld without first being tested by Anubis. When corpses are preserved, he is the embalmer. When time for judgment comes, he is the final arbiter. In his realm, he keeps legendary weighing scales. On one side, the massive weight of Ma’at – truth and order. On the other side, he places the heart of the deceased. Should the weight of Ma’at prove infinitely heavier than that of the heart, Anubis casts the soul deep into the darkness of the Underworld, where it is forgotten, never to be reborn.
